Great news for Facebook Fan Page owners! Another new feature is coming your way soon… read on to find out more.
From today onwards, the Facebook Fan Page owner can reply to specific comments of the posts. Prior to this Reply feature, all the comments (from both visitors and owner) will be chronically displayed and it would be hard to cross referencing to each other. With this new feature, the reply will be displayed underneath (indented) of the original comment. Cool right?
Here are some examples of how the threaded reply to comment looks like:
For those Facebook Fan Pages with 10,000 or more fans, such feature will be automatically turned off, for the smaller Fan Page, you can opt-in the feature (by 10th Jul 2013) through the Replies Option at the Page Admin Panel. In fact, you can just answer “Turn On Replies” to the following pop-up notification when you log into your Fan Page to activate the feature.
